Consent to the processing of personal data
This is the consent you give by ticking the box in the booking form. It is a separate document, as the laws of Russia and Kazakhstan require. The Privacy Policy explains everything else.
These documents take effect when Sentry launches. Highlighted details, such as the company name, will be filled in before then.
Who you give it to
company name (registration number), registered address; contact: support@sentryhire.net (“Sentry”).
Which data
- your name;
- your work email;
- your company;
- if you give them: your role, company size, how many interviews you run a month and your message;
- the language you want for the call, and the language of the site;
- the date and time you gave this consent, and its version;
- if you pick a time: the time of the call and the Google Meet link;
- technical data from sending the form: IP address, browser and the time of the request.
What for
- to arrange and hold the call you asked for, and to prepare for it;
- to contact you about the call and about access to the private beta;
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- to be able to show that you gave this consent.
Not for advertising, not for training models, and not to make automated decisions about you.
What we do with it
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating and changing, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access) to the providers named below, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, using computers. Your data is never made public.
Who else processes it, and where
Only our providers, on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting, United States), Resend (email delivery, United States), Cal.com (scheduling, United States) and Google (Google Meet and Calendar for the call). Your data may therefore be transferred to other countries, including the United States, which you agree to by giving this consent.
Data of citizens of Kazakhstan and Russia is first recorded and stored in databases in those countries, as their laws require.
For how long
For up to 12 months after the call or your last message to us, or until you withdraw this consent. We then stop processing your data and delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it.
How to withdraw it
At any time, by writing to support@sentryhire.net. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what was done before it.
How you give it
By ticking the box “I agree to the processing of my details to arrange this call” in the booking form. By doing so you confirm that you are at least 18, that the data is yours and that you have read this document. We record when you agreed and to which version.
